                   Both parties file haziras. They also file a joint petition stating that the dispute of this case has been amicably settled in between them and the complainant, therefore, wants withdraw the present case. Perused the said petition. Hd. the Ld. Lawyers and the complainant in person. Complainant admits before the Forum that he does not want to proceed further with this case. In view of that, the complaint case no.84/14 stands withdrawn on consent.
