Today is fixed for hearing of R.A. case no. 12/2024.

Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner / Complainant is present. Case is taken up for hearing. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner / Complainant. Complainant already filed the Certified Copy which he obtained from this Commission.

 Perused the petition which registered as R.A. case no. 12/2024.

Complainant stated in the petition that in the address portion of the Complainant “Raja Ramchand Ghat” has been written as “Raja Camchand Ghat”.

Perused the Final Order / Judgment dated 15/03/2024.

We find that concerned Stenographer / P.A. to President committed the aforesaid typographical error. Such type of error can be rectified by invoking the power U/s 40 of C.P. Act, 2019.

Accordingly, aforesaid typographical error is corrected under the Provision of Section 40 of C.P. Act, 2019.

Hence,

                             It is,

                                                Ordered,

that the petition filed by Complainant which registered as R.A. case no. 12/2024 is allowed. The word ‘Camchand’ lying in the second line of address of Complainant in the 1^st page of Final Order / Judgment be corrected as ‘Ramchand.’

Similar correction be made in the Certified Copy of the Final Order / Judgment produced by the Complainant and handed over the same to the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant.

R.A. case no. 12/2024 is thus disposed of.

Concerned Stenographer / P.A. to President is directed to take note of it. She is also directed to be more vigilant in future.
