          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to return back all the jewels pleaded with the opposite party  and also to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards mental agony and also to pay cost of the complaint.  

        The complainant filed Memo stating that he is withdrawing the case, which is recorded.  In view of the Memo this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No costs.
