Vijay Kumar aged 55 years son of Shri Devidayal Singla, resident of Singla International, House No.27A, Ward No.4, Choudhary Mohalla, Taraori, District Karnal.

1.     The Regional Manager, HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited, 11th Floor, Lodha Excelus, Apollo Mills Compound, N.M. Joshi Road, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai 400011.

2.     The Branch Manager, HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Limited, Sector-12, Karnal.

                                                                        ....Opposite parties.

  Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:   None for the Complainant.

                                                                 

               Today the case is fixed for issuance of notice to OPs, subject to filing correct address and registered envelope. Neither correct address, registered envelope have been filed by the complainant nor none has put in appearance on his behalf.

                   A careful perusal of the file reveals that the present complaint has been presented on 07.07.2023 and thereafter the case was repeatedly adjourned for issuance of notice to OPs subject to filing of correct address and registered envelope but till today the case is going on the same proceedings as the complainant has failed to complete the formalities for getting the service of OPs effected.

                   Case called several times since morning but none has put into appearance on behalf of the complainant. It is already 03:35 PM. No further wait is justified.

                   It appears that the complainant is no more interested to pursue the present complaint. Further adjournment for the same purpose would not be justified as it would amount to wastage of precious time of this Commission.

                   Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
