(1)       Adv.Karan Adwani files Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent.  It is taken on record.  It has been revealed by Adv.Santosh Patil that he had undertaken to file Vakalatnama for the appellant, but when he contacted the appellant, the appellant informed him that he did not want to contest the appeal.  Since, Vakalatnama for the appellant could not be procured by Adv.Santosh Patil, we dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.
