            This is a Transfer Application filed by the Petitioner praying for transfer of the execution proceeding bearing nos.EA 141 of 2015 and EA 161 of 2015 from District Forum, South 24-Parganas at Baruipur to District Forum, Kolkata, Unit-II.

            Heard the Petitioner.  It appears that the complaint case has been disposed of by the Learned District Forum, South 24-Parganas.  Section 17A of the C. P. Act, 1986 provides for transfer of any complaint from one District Forum to another within the State.  Since the complaint case has been disposed of by the Learned District Forum, South 24-Parganas the execution case should be also be disposed of by the same Forum. 

            In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to allow this Transfer Application bearing no.TA 20 of 2016.

            TA 20 of 2016 is dismissed.
