Final Order
This complaint is filed by the Complainant u/S 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 alleging deficiency in service as well as unfair trade practice against the OPs as the OPs did not take any steps to furnish the call details for the month of March and April, 2018 to the Complainant till filing of this complaint.
At the time of hearing on the point of admissibility of the complaint it is seen by us that admittedly the Complainant is a consumer/customer of the OPs regarding telephone service connection. It is mentioned by the Complainant in the petition of the complaint initially the service of the OPs were satisfactory, but subsequently it was not. In the month of March, April and May, 2018 the Complainant requested the OPs for issuance of the call details and history for the said months, but the OPs did not bother to issue the same. For this reason having no other alternative the Complainant has filed this complaint praying for direction upon the OPs for issuance of the same along with payment of compensation on the ground of deficiency in service of the OPs.
We have noticed that though the Complainant requested the Ops for issuance of the details of the questioned telephone connection, but it is not mentioned in the petition of complaint as to what prompted the Complainant to call for the said details. Within the four corners of the complaint no allegation has been made by the Complainant regarding inflated telephone bills/ regarding interruption of service whatever it may be. Therefore until and unless grievance is disclosed against the OPs regarding their service, we are not in a position to admit the complaint.

Going by the foregoing discussion hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being no-99/2019 is hereby dismissed without any cost and without being admitted.
However the Complainant is at liberty to approach before the appropriate Forum/Court/Commission/Authority for redressal of his grievance by disclosing the entire material facts, if not barred otherwise.
The Complainant is at liberty to get return the copy of the complaint and other related documents filed at the time of filing this complaint by making prior application. After receipt of the application the office is directed to take step to return the abovementioned to the Complainant in accordance with law.
Let plain copy of this judgment be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
