Ld. Advocate for the Applicant/Complainant is present.  The Complainant has filed this Transfer Application praying for transfer of the Complaint Case No. 616 of 2014 pending before the Ld. DCDRF, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur to the newly created Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record we allow the Transfer Application.  Let the Complaint Case No. 616 of 2014 pending before the Ld. DCDRF, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur be withdrawn and transferred to to the Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III for disposal.  Inform both the Fora accordingly.  Both the parties are directed to appear before the Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III on 7.6.2016.  The Transfer Application is thus disposed of.
