Brief facts of the case:-

Case in hand is the allegation of  deficiency in service and unfair trade practice by the O.Ps  for non  issue  of B.A. Examination,2019 certificate  of  IGNOU  which  the complainant sought  redressal.           

The disputes between the parties having been settled between them after filing of C.C. case before this commission by the complainant which evidenced by the memo dated.28.12.2023 filed  by the complainant and the complainant  not interested to proceed the  case further.

The commission having  subsequently  been satisfied  by  examining  the complainant, as to his  voluntary act  to be  withdrawn  vis-à-vis  the truth of the averments  of the said memo  dated. 28.12.2023.

In the result this commission in the interest of justice allows the complainant to withdraw his case and in the circumstances of the case without any cost. 

The complaint stands accordingly disposed of as withdrawn after full and final satisfaction of the complainant  on merit.

Pronounced in the open court of this Commission today on this 28^th.. Day of   December, 2023 under the  seal  & signature of  this Commission.
