                   Kulwant vs PF Departmetn

Present: None for complainant.

          Smt. Vijay Laxmi, counsel for Op no.1.

          OP no. 2 exparte vide order dated 11.2.2021.

          Today the case was fixed for arguments.  Case has been called several time since morning but none appeared on behalf of complainant. Waited sufficiently. No more wait is justified.  At this stage, learned counsel for the Op no.1 Smt. Vijay Laxmi appeared in person before the court and stated that “written statement the  department has already submitted that as per the office record there is a balance of some amount in PF account of the complainant and the department is ready to release that amount with due procedure followed by the complainant”.

          She also orally stated that I telephonically called the counsel for the complainant but he did not reply.  I also message to the counsel for the complainant he reply that he will withdraw the abovesaid complaint.  Heard.  It appears that counsel for the complainant is not interested to purse the  present complaint.  Hence,  complaint filed by the complainant is hereby dismissed in default. File be consigned to record room.
