ORDER

Order dated 01/02/1992 complainant absent. Respondent advocate present and state that the complainant is not maintainable in this Forum as the cause of action arose at Madras where both the parties were staying in 1985. Perused the complaint. It is not where stated that cause of action arose in Madikeri. It is to support that the cause of action arose at Madras, where the complainant was an employee of respondent.
