Today has  been    fixed  for   filing   evidence   on  affidavit   by  the    complainant.

It is   seen that   complainant   was   absent   without  step   on    12-10-2023,  28-11-2023,  8-1-2023, 20-2-2024, 12-3-2024   and   3-5-2024   although    the  case   was   fixed   for   filing   evidence   on   affidavit.

We   are  of  the    view  that    complainant  is  not   interested  to   proceed   with   his  case    and  accordingly   the  case  is   dismissed  for  default .
