2. The RBL Bank Ltd. Dayal Building, Grand Trunk Road, Near Ahuja Petrol Pump, Panipat through its Branch Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  None for the complainant.

                 

                Today the case was fixed for notice to the OPs. A careful perusal of the file, it reveals that since January, 2021, complainant has failed to get the service effected of the OPs. No anyone has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. Case called several times since morning. It is already 04:00 PM. It appears that complainant is no more interested to pursue his case. No further wait is justified. There is no justification to adjourn the case further for the same purpose.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
