Complainant filed a petition on 12/03/2013 praying for withdrawl of the case for some technical defects with a liberty to file afresh on the seld same cause of action.
Ld. Lawyer for all o.ps. present and raises objection orally orally. Considered the petition filed by the complainant and we find that the prayer comntaimed in ptn. dt. 12/03/2013 deserves consideration.
Accordingly, instant case stands dismissed for non-prosecution following ptn. filed by the complainant dt. 12/03/2013 and complainant mis liberty to file fresh case on the self same cause of action.
Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
