ORDER

     Office report seen. The present execution application has been filed by complainant/DH seeking enforcement of the final order dated 12.02.2024 passed by this Commission. The execution application is at preliminary stage. At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Harsharan Singh, Counsel for Complainant/DH has stated that OPs/JDs have already filed an appeal, alongwith application for condonation of delay, before the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, which is yet to be listed. It has been further stated by counsel for complainant/DH that at this stage, he does not press the present execution application and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh after decision of the application for condonation of delay & appeal by the Hon'ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T., Chandigarh, if need be. The present execution application is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as prayed for.

     Certified copy of the final order dated 12.02.2024 (Annexure A-1) has been returned to the counsel for complainant/DH by retaining photocopy of the same.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant/DH free of cost. The file be consigned.
