ORDER

     Ms.Renu Thakur, Advocate, has filed memo of appearance on behalf of OP No.1. Since vide order dated 12.11.2022, complaint of the complainant was dismissed as withdrawn, the execution application of the said order is not maintainable under Section 71 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Accordingly, the present execution application is dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint if she deems necessary.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
