ORDER

          Vide his separate statement recorded on 16.08.2024, the ld.Counsel for the complainant stated that he wants to withdraw the present consumer complaint with liberty to file a fresh one on same cause of action before the appropriate court of law and the original bills annexed with the complaint be returned to me.

          In view of the statement of ld.Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action before the competent court of law.  The original bills annexed with the complaint be returned to the complainant against receipt, after retaining photocopies thereof on the record.

          Certified copies of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
