                   Today, the Member/Sh. Jaswant Singh Dhillon is on leave. Report of Ahlmad seen. Perusal of the record and report shows that the complainant filed the present complaint on 17.03.2020. Thereafter, from 24.06.2020 onwards none appeared on behalf of complainant till today. The case was pending for the service of the OPs, but since none appeared on behalf of the complainant, the correct address was not filed and the service of OP No.3 could not be effected. Notice was sent to the complainant and as per report of the Ahlmad, as per online report the RC was received by the complainant. Notice to her counsel was also sent, but the same was received back un-served as as per report of Process Server, there is no such person namely Kiran Kumar, Adv. Despite service none has appeared on behalf of the complainant, so, it seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue her case and as such, the complaint of the complainant is disposed of. Copies of the order be sent to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
