                        The OP had filed the present application for releasing membership register, share certificate issued registered and audit list. Despite service the complainant has not come present, which shows that she has nothing to say on the application moved by the OP Society. The application of OP is accordingly allowed. The Membership Register, Two Share Certificate Issue Registers and Audit list be released to the OP Society against proper receipt. 

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
