.                                               JUDGMENT

The  curx of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for  non supply of information  under  R.T.I Act    for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

            On being noticed the O.Ps appeared and filed written version. The O.Ps prayed the forum  to close the case for the best interest of justice.

            Heard from the O.Ps. Perused the record and written version filed by the O.Ps.

            On perusal of the written version  filed  by the O.Ps it is revealed that  after receipt of the notice from this forum the O.Ps promptly  submitted information as required by the complainant  before the forum . During the course of hearing the complainant has   not appeared  before the forum.  We find  the complainant is not interested to proceed the case further.

            Further we observed as the O.Ps have supplied the information to this forum  and   there is no deficiency in service on the part of the O.Ps.

           

            To the meet the ends of justice the following order is passed.

ORDER.

 In resultant  the complaint petition is disposed off. 

The complainant is directed to receive the information from the forum if required.

 In the circumstances there is no order as to cost.
