Final Order / Judgement

Both parties are absent without any step. From perusal of case record and order sheets it seems that the case was fixed for ex-parte evidence of the complainant initially on 02.02.2016. The Complainant filed as many as 14(fourteen) petitions praying adjournment for filing evidence but no evidence in affidavit was filed till 16.07.2018 and from that date the complainant is remaining totally absent without any step before the Commission till today. Considering the act and attitude of the complainant this Commission passed order on 09.03.2022 allowing the complainant the last and final chance to produce his evidence fixing 12.04.2022 for appearance and evidence of complainant. The complainant has failed to avail the last and final opportunity of filing evidence and the Commission was pleased to fix the case today for necessary order. Under the above circumstance it can be presumed that the complainant is not at all interested to proceed with the case any further and hence the case is dismissed for non-prosecution/default of the complainant.

Case dismissed. Keep Case Record with the disposed case records.
