            Heard the complainant. This is a case relating to deficiency in supply of information under the R.T.I. Act. In relation to this type of case it is relevant to refer to a decision of the Hon’ ble state commission is F.A. No: 373 of 2016 (P.I.O. Vrs. Dayananda  Khadarge) wherein the Hon’ ble commission relying  on the decision of the Hon’ ble National commission in Samiaya  Mishra case has held that, the case is not maintainable in this Forum.

   Regard being had to the above said decision the case is dismissed as not admitted.

             Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  09^th  day of   July’  2018.
