JUDGMENT

                The  present dispute arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for non supply of information under R.T.I Act.

            On being noticed the O.Ps appeared and filed written version. The O.Ps have  sent   the formation to the  complainant  directly to the  complainant through  postal service. The O.Ps prayed the forum  to close the case for the best interest of justice.

            Heard from the O.Ps. Perused the record and written version filed by the O.Ps.

            On perusal of the written version  filed  by the O.Ps it is revealed that  after receipt of the notice from this forum the O.Ps promptly  have sent the information to the complainant through postal service vide their lr. No.901 Dt. 8.8.2016 and Lr. No.1194 Dt. 31.8.2016 which is marked as Annexure-I and Annexure-2. During the course of hearing the complainant has   not appeared  before the forum.  We find  the complainant is not interested to proceed the case further.

            Further we observed as the O.Ps have supplied the information to the complainant,  there is no deficiency in service on the part of the O.Ps.

           

            To the meet the ends of justice the following order is passed.

ORDER.

 In the result with these observation, findings, discussion  the complaint petition is disposed off.  Accordingly the case  is closed.

 

Parties are left to bear their own cost.
