Versus.

1.The  Manager, IFB centre, M/S   Sital Enterprises, Rayagada.

2.The Manager, IFB industries Ltd., Home appliance Division,Verna,Selcete, GCA., India.                                                                                                              …Opposite parties.                                                                                    JUDGEMENT.

The  curx of the case is that  the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps    for  non rectification of A.C. within warranty period    for which  the complainant  sought for redressal of the grievances raised by the complainant.

The case record taken up today on the strength  of  an advance petition filed by the  complainant who personally present.  The complainant filed a memo of execution deed of undertaking  which has been signed mutually by the complainant as well as the O.Ps regarding  their dispute that has been settled out side  of  the forum and now  prayed to close the  case as the dispute had already been settled   by the O.Ps and the complainant does not want to proceed with the case. So prayed to close the above case.

          Perused the Memo. Heard him verifying the   identity as the purpose has already been  served  and the O.Ps are wriggle out of liability of this complaint case.  According the case is closed.
