Complainant and O.P. No. 2are present through Ld. Advocate.

O.P. No. 1 is present in person.

The disputes between the parties is amicably settled on the following settlement issues:

1. O.P. No. 1 and 2 jointly install “Xiaomi  Smart TV A Series 43(108cm)-ELA5121IN, Batch: 46456/C14100012185”  in the premises of the Complainant within seven (07) days from this day and the Complainant will provide the One Time Password (O.T.P) to the O.P. No. 1 and 2 when it will be necessary for installation of the said T.V.
2. Warranty Period of the above mentioned T.V will start from the date of installation.
3. Complainant will handed over Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) only to the O.P. No. 1 after installation of the new T.V. as per the bill being ref  no. 5538 dated 11.09.2023.
4. Complainant will also hand over the 24 inch T.V given by the O.P. No. 1 which presently in working condition in the premises of the Complainant. 

Both parties are settling the dispute amicably by signing the order.

Let a copy of this order to be handed over to both the parties.
