Complainant and opposite parties called absent. Chief Affidavit of complainant not filed. No representation. On perusal of the case record, the proceedings and the docket, it is found that the complainant did not turn-up right from the institution of the case on 31.12.2013. She did not choose to file her chief affidavit since 02.07.2014 (after filing written version of opposite parties), and no representation is left on behalf of her. It appears that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed for default. No costs.
