The Ld. Advocate for the O.Ps is present.  Complainant is absent on repeated calls.  It appears that on 21.11.2012 the Complainant refused to handover the copy of the petition to the Ld. Advocate for the other side even when he was asked repeatedly to handover the same.  Under the circumstances the Complainant was directed to show-cause as to why the complaint shall not be dismissed for non-compliance of the order passed in this regard by this Bench.  Today is the date fixed for showing cause by the Complainant.  Since the Complainant is absent on repeated calls we are of the considered view that there is no other alternative but to dismiss the complaint for non-compliance of the order dated 21.11.2012 passed by this Commission.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed.  No order as to costs.
