Complainant is absent.

In this case judgement was pronounced on 30.08.2017, but after long delay of more than four years compliance of judgement was made by O.P. No.1 on 03.08.2022 of their part. O.P. No.3, against whom the case was proceeded ex-parte has yet to comply with the judgement. Ld. Advocate for the complainant took steps of notice of compliance as directed on 09.09.2022. But the notice was not returned after service. Ld. Advocate for the complainant has neither submitted postal receipts and track consignment report thereof nor took any step for fresh notice. Moreover the complainant himself has neither appeared before the Commission nor any step has been taken on his behalf for last almost one year, which signifies unwillingness of the complainant in further proceeding of the case.

Under the circumstances the case is finally disposed of.
