Dhr, Jdr. 2, Op1 are present. Jdr. no 3 (Nokia) makes payment of 10195/- by A/C cheque dt. 16.1.12 in favour of the Dhr bearing no 824564 dt. 16.1.12 drawn on Uco Bank, E5 Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016 as full and final settlement. Complainant receives the case with full saisfaction and without any further greivance agains the Jdr. 

In view of the instant execution case stands dismissed subject to encashment of the cheque in question and subject to handing over of the ols det to the Jdr.
