          The complaint is filed   deficiency of service and unfair trade practice on the part of the opposite parties and seeking refund of the purchase price of the TV, along with compensation.    

2.  The opposite parties filed written version denying all the allegations and claims made against them.  
3. The complainant remained absent and there is no representation for him. The onus is on the complainant to prove the allegations. The complainant is continuously absent and it appears that he is not interested in pursuing the matter. No deficiency of service or unfair trade practice as alleged is proved against the opposite parties.

In the result, the complaint is dismissed. No order as to costs.
