ORDER

This is a complaint praying to direct the opposite parties:

1. To replace the Whirlpool Air Conditioner, 3D Cool with aluminium coil into Whirlpool 1.5 ton 2013 Magic Cool model with copper coil;
2. To pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- for the mental agony suffered by complainant, towards unfair trade practice of opposite parties
3. To pay a sum of Rs.700/- towards the cost of legal notice issued by the complainant
4. To pay a sum of Rs.15,000/- towards the cost of present complaint.

2.         Summons served to the opposite parties.  The first opposite party remained absent and was set exparte.  The opposite parties 2 and 3 filed their reply version and case was posted for enquiry.

Today, the complaint was called. Both the parties called absent. No representation made.  Complainant and his counsel did not show any interest to proceed the matter.  Hence this complaint is dismissed for default. No cost.
