                                                                         ORDER  

            Matter is settled in the adalath. As per settlement the opposite parties undertakes  to repair the T.V. free of cost and extended the warranty for a period of 6 months. Further opposite parties is agreed to pay Rs.2000/- towards compensation and cost. Opposite parties agreed to take the defective T.V. on 19.01.2015 and ready to repair on or before 27.01.2015. If the opposite parties failed to comply with the above terms the complainant can approach the Forum for execution of the order. Hence the complaint is closed accordingly.
