                        This case is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the advocate for complainant. The complainant as well as his advocate filed a memo contended that the O.P. after receipt of the notice from the Hon’ble Commission settled the dispute as replaced a new one. Hence prayed to drop the case, as not pressed. We perused the record and heard the learned counsel of complainant and allowed the memo. As the complainant does not want to proceed further in this case, accordingly the case is dropped.

                        Issue copy of order to the parties free of cost.
