ORDER

order dated 05/07/2000 Complainant preseance in pursuance to notice cheque for Rs.3600 i.e. pay order no.125/2000 dated 26-6-2000 of Corporation Bank in the name of Dhr was handed over to her. No costs allowed in the appeal no.345/98. Hence, costs of Appeal claimed in the petition cannot be allowed. Interest is also not awarded. Hence the payments of 3.600/- satisfies the claim of Dhr. Petition closed sd/- M. Shambulingappa, President. sd/- P.C. Gopal, Member.
