1. Complaint was filed aggrieved by the allegedly delayed delivery of a vehicle purchased from O.P.
2. Notice issued to O.P. was unclaimed.
3. Complainant was continuously absent. Hence the matter was taken for orders based on merits.
4. Since the complainant is continuously absent, we presume that the complainant is not interested in furthering the dispute. Complainant has failed to prove the merits of his case.
5.  Accordingly, complaint stands dismissed.
