Complainant absent today also. Advocate also absent. Junior Advocate filed a petition seeking 3 months time to adduce evidence. The case is posted for disposal as the complainant is regularly absent when the case was posted for recording evidence. The learned counsel for the complainant has not even filed a petition to review that order but filed a petition seeking 3 months time to adduce evidence which cannot be allowed without reviewing the last order posting the case for disposal. The allegations in the complainant can be proved by documentary evidence but the learned counsel for the complainant has not attempted to do so. The documents produced along with complaint are only photo copies of the documents.
In the circumstances we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the complaint.
In the result complaint stands dismissed for default.
No costs.
