   Opp: Burril ground, KRM Colony, Seethammadhara,

   Visakhapatnam.

This case coming on 31.10.2014 for final hearing before us in the presence of Sri S. Nageswara Rao, Advocate for the Complainant and Sri V. Raghuram Naidu, Advocate for the 1^st Opposite Party and Sri Jennela Srinivasa Rao, Advocate for the 2^nd Opposite Party and the  and having stood over till this date for consideration, this Forum made the following:

             Both Parties are called absent.   No representation from either side, inspite of several opportunities are given to them.   Therefore, we are constrained to dismiss the Complaint, accordingly the Complaint is dismissed.  No costs.
