                  Complainant absent on this posting date also and there is no representation for the complainant.  Opposite party also absent.  Though the case is listed and relisted, the complainant is not turning up and adducing any evidence.  Hence we are of the view that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the complaint.  In the circumstances the complaint stands dismissed for default under Section 13(2)(c) of the consumer Protection Act 1986.
