Both the complainant and the Manager Sri.J.Munikrishna representing the opposite party, present. The complainant filed memo duly signed by the complainant, his counsel and opposite party stating that he has taken delivery of the vehicle ‘TATA Indigo ECS LS TDI white colour’ from the opposite party. That he also received cheque bearing No.979582 dt:16.04.2015 for Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) as compensation, as per the settlement arrived at between the parties. The complainant is withdrawing the complaint. Memo recorded. Settlement is recorded. Complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
