This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to  pay the cost of the poor wood item (Rs.38.880/-) with interest at the rate of 2% per month from the date of 13.06.2014 to till the date of realization and to pay a sum of Rs.1.000.00/- towards punitive compensation for mental agony, inconvenience and hardship with cost to the complainant.

 

Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
