            This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the opposite parties  to deliver new phone in place of defective phone, to pay Rs.10,000// towards  mental agony and costs.

                                                              .  

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                                                       complainant appeared in person and  Sri Md. Rahimkhan, advocate for the opposite party No.1 and opposite party No.2 called absent and this Forum made the following:

The complainant present.  He filed full satisfaction memo stating that the opposite parties replaced. The matter is settled.  Full Satisfaction  recorded.  The complaint is dismissed as fully satisfied.
