          This complaint is being filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the C.P. Act 1986 for a direction to the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.11,250/- and also to replace the car’s bumper or to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- as compensation with cost of the complaint  to the complainant.
