                  This Execution Application is filed by the complainant u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. 

                        No representation for the petitioner, who is also not present. Warrant is not executed for a very long period.  Hence EA is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh E.A. as and when needed.  The Warrant issued already shall be recalled.
