Case posted today for hearing.

Parties present through their respective counsels.

Advocate for the Complainant filed a memo. Stating therein that, Complainant has comprised the case with the OPs outside the court and further do not want to proceed with the Complaint any more. The memo has been signed by both the parties witnessing the truth and authenticity of the same.

As the Complainant and OPs have compromised and have settled their dispute out side the court and the Complainant do not want to proceed with the Complaint for redressal of the Forum.

Hence the Forum orders as to disposed of the Complaint as not pressed.

Complaint disposed of accordingly.
