Complainant is absent. No steps taken. On perusal of record it is found that complainant is frequently found absent in each and every posting dates since 13.04.2023 and he is not showing interest to proceed with this case as well as it caused delay in disposal of case. It is a year old case record and in view of aforesaid activities showing by complainant amounts defaulter. Hence, the complaint case is dismissed for default.
