No step from the side of the complainant. It appears from the record that the complaint was filed on 28.09.2020 and next date was fixed on 19.10.2020 for hearing on admission but complainant remained absent on 19.10.2020 and due to absence of the complainant we could not hear the case.

Thereafter the case was adjourned and today was fixed for appearance of the complainant and also hearing regarding admission of the complaint.

But today also complainant took no step and it is presumed that the complainant has no interest to proceed further with the case. Hence the complaint is rejected or it is not admitted.
