                   The record is placed before the Lok Adalat today on 05/12/2015.

                   Both parties are present with their Ld. Lawyer. After discussion before this Lok Adalat, Parties settled the dispute of this case amicably and they accordingly filed a joint petition praying for dispose of the case on compromise. Heard the parties in person and their Ld. Lawyer. Considered.

                  In view of such amicable settlement it is.

                                                                               that the complain Case no.15/2015 stands dismissed on compromise. We make no order as to cost.
