Record is putup today. On call Complainant is absent & no steps taken on his behalf Mr. Subhranshu Sekhar Swain, S/o-Narayan Ch. Sawin, authorised person on behalf of O.P.1 &2 is present & filed authorisation letter alongwith a petition stating that, the freezer of the Complainant now working in good condition and also the Authorised service centre certified the freeze is “OK” and further he pray to drop the proceeding.

          It’s reveals from the case records that, after filing of this consumer complaint/case, the complainant has remained absent since long to till today & no steps taken. Hence, the case is dismissed due to non-appearance of complainant under Rule-3 order-9 of the Civil Procedure cide-1908.

          Accordingly the complaint petition is disposed off.
