The Complainant as well as the Op No-1 are present. The complainant has filed a memo wherein he averred that, both parties has settled their dispute outside the commission with utmost satisfaction of complainant, hence he prayed not to proceed with the case against the Ops any further. According to the memo of complainant, the commission lost it’s merit to proceed further, as such we dropped the case today with an order as to no cost.
