Complainant is absent   . on perusal of the record we find that this case is pending for disposed form 14/09/10 . the complainant has available sufficient time for adduceing evidence from 04/07/11 till 09/11/11 and also from 03/02/12 but did not adduce any evidence during that period and is remaining absent continuously form 06/11/2012  . It means that the complainant is not interested in adduceing evidence and further remaing absent continuously from 06/11/12 reveals that the complainant his  no interested in his case . Hence case is dismissed in default .
